The Fire Prevention, Firefighting and Rescue Police Department, under the Ministry of Public Security, is responsible for assisting the Minister in unifying, managing, directing, and guiding the Fire Prevention, Firefighting and Rescue Police force to implement state management work on fire prevention and firefighting according to the Fire Prevention and Firefighting Law; organizing and directing the Fire Prevention, Firefighting and Rescue Police force to carry out professional measures for fire prevention, firefighting, and rescue according to the regulations of the State and the Minister of Public Security.
