PALFINGER WARRANTY POLICY

As an authorized distributor and service partner of PALFINGER in Vietnam, VIPEC is committed to providing transparent, professional, and internationally standardized warranty services for all PALFINGER equipment.

1. Genuine PALFINGER Warranty Policy

All PALFINGER cranes supplied by VIPEC are covered under PALFINGER’s global warranty standards, including:

Comprehensive Warranty: 12 months or 1,000 operating hours
Load-Bearing Structure Warranty: Up to 36 months or 3,000 operating hours (depending on product type)

Load-bearing structural components such as crane booms, columns, slewing systems, outriggers, and subframes are covered under strict PALFINGER engineering standards to ensure durability, safety, and long-term operational performance.

2. Warranty Conditions

To maintain eligibility for genuine warranty coverage, customers are required to:

  • Complete the Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI)
  • Follow the scheduled maintenance program
  • Use genuine PALFINGER spare parts
  • Avoid unauthorized modifications to hydraulic, electrical, or structural systems
  • Complete product registration through the PALDESK system

All inspection, maintenance, and repair records must be documented in the equipment service and warranty records.

3. Warranty & After-Sales Service at VIPEC

VIPEC provides factory-trained technicians and nationwide technical support services, including:

  • Technical response within 24 hours
  • Remote troubleshooting support
  • Periodic maintenance and professional repairs
  • Genuine spare parts supply
  • Equipment operation guidance and handover training

Customers are also supported with load testing, periodic inspections, and technical consultation throughout the equipment lifecycle.

4. Exclusions from Warranty Coverage

The PALFINGER warranty does not apply in the following cases:

  • Incorrect operation or misuse
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Failure to perform scheduled maintenance
  • Damage caused by natural disasters or external impacts
  • Normal wear and tear parts and consumables
