On July 3, 2025, VIPEC Equipment and Specialized Vehicle Joint Stock Company was honored to welcome a delegation from PALFINGER Group – including members from Austria, Singapore, and Vietnam – during their visit and working session at VIPEC’s office and service workshop in Đồng Nai.

The visit was an opportunity for both parties to exchange greetings, update on the cooperation status, and discuss many important topics. PALFINGER representatives expressed their desire to learn more about VIPEC’s facilities, after-sales service processes, and existing technical capabilities as a dealer.

During the working session, VIPEC representatives shared detailed information about technical operations and also showed a summary video of the in-depth technical training program on PALFINGER knuckle boom cranes held last month. This training program was jointly conducted by PALFINGER and VIPEC, aiming to enhance technical capabilities and standardize customer support processes.

Notably, PALFINGER also expressed readiness to provide further support if VIPEC requires additional training, technical documentation, or other resources to enhance service quality in the coming period.

At the end of the working session, the delegation toured the office area and technical workshop – where knuckle boom cranes and specialized vehicles are directly received and maintained. The visit demonstrated the strong bond between the world’s leading manufacturer PALFINGER and its strategic partner VIPEC in Vietnam, while also opening up many opportunities for Product – Service development, market expansion, and improved customer service quality in the future.
